Available Products
We define available products as “any product physically on hand, located on premise and available for dispatch from our location and by our inventory system”.
Same Day Dispatch
Same day dispatch applies to a purchase(s) of available products at or before 3pm. This includes the processing of order(s) and the supply to the shipping company for delivery. Should a product be a custom order, out of stock or backordered by the supplier, all efforts will be made to contact the customer informing expected availability and dispatch times. Custom orders, out of stock orders and backordered products will be deemed available for dispatch once products are received, process and available for delivery by us.
Click & Collect
Click and collect delivery is accepted for all orders of available products and ready for collection within 24hrs of placement with us. Should a product be a custom order, out of stock or backordered by us or the supplier, all efforts will be made to contact the customer informing expected availability and dispatch times. Custom orders, out of stock orders and backordered products will be deemed available for dispatch once products are received, process and available for delivery by us. Orders can be altered by contacting us by phone.
Please collect your orders within 7 days. We will attempt to contact you to reminding you that your order is ready for collection. If your item(s) are not collected within 14 days, your order will be cancelled. Purchase costs will be held by us until contact is made by the customer. A refund will be issued back via the original payment method.
How click and collect works:
Free shipping applies to all original completed orders of available products up to and over the value of $50 within active time-frame periods. Only valid within Australia; excludes International purchases. Free Shipping time-frame periods are listed below. We reserves the right to withdraw Free Shipping at anytime without prior or written notice. The value of Free Shipping equals $19.95 and cannot be exchanged, gifted or refunded. The value of Free Shipping cannot be applied as a discount for click and collect or in-store purchases. Free shipping utilizes standard courier (Aus Post specific?) shipping service only. Standard delivery times as stated by couriers apply. All other shipping methods will be at customer’s expense upon direct discussion with staff. “New Golf Carts” and “Used Golf Cart” product categories are excluded from Free Shipping. Free Shipping is excluded from servicing and cannot be applied to call outs or utilized as a discount. Shipping charges as a result of product refunds or exchanges at the fault of the customer during the Free Shipping time period will incur the standard shipping fee of $19.95 for redelivery.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.
East Coast Golf Carts will not provide a refund or replacement where consumer guarantees do not apply. (i.e. you got what you asked for but have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper, decided you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it). But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
East Coast Golf Carts will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may provide a bank statement which shows the transaction or a photo of the receipt. Your proof of purchase may be available in store. In the event that there is no way to determine that the product was purchased from the selected East Coast Golf Carts store, it will be at that stores discretion as to whether they provide a refund or replacement.
In some instances, East Coast Golf Carts may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Please be aware that data (including, but not limited to, images, music, pre-set settings and video) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, shipping your return is not possible. You may need to return the product in question to your local East Coast Golf Carts store.
If you wish to ship your return item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and return costs for returning your item. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In some instances if you are unable to get to the store, the store may be able to come to you, however there may be a call out fee that will apply. Please contact your local store for more detail.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning product with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorization of the return transaction. If East Coast Golf Carts store agrees to a return without adequate proof of purchase, it will be at their own discretion and you may be asked to provide identification containing your full name.
